Andrew Strauss revels in England's performances under other captains

Andrew Strauss enjoyed watching England win the World Twenty20 in the West Indies, despite not being involved. England's captain also missed the side's successful tour of Bangladesh to "recharge his batteries", and was pleased to see them impress under the leadership of Alastair Cook. It was a similar story as Paul Collingwood led England to World Twenty20 glory as captain in the Caribbean.

Strauss said: "What amazed me was the way they played – to continue playing such positive and aggressive cricket was a delight to watch and a really good template for how we should play in the future."...........read more
